Buildings using the ButterflyMX and STRATIS platform will be able to go from sidewalk to sofa using one single app that grants access to all controlled entry points along the way, including the residents apartment front door.
Apartment buildings will now be able to provide their residents with the ability to move freely throughout the building without having to carry any key, fob or device other than their phone.
In addition to simplifying access for the resident, this partnership empowers residents to easily grant access to their visitors. Residents will be able to grant remote entry to visitors using a single app. Visitors can be granted time-specific access using a virtual key that opens the front door and the apartment door or they can make a call to the resident using the user-friendly touchscreen display at the front entrance.
