STRATIS and Migo are integrated for short-term stays. Guests will have access to unit-lock, other in-unit devices, and common areas that are under STRATIS control.

ARRIVAL

Guests download the STRATIS mobile app as part of their pre-arrival process or utilize a pincode that’s sent by Migo. Once authenticated, the app connects with the building access system and allows them to enter.

ACCESS

Once inside the building, guests can use the STRATIS mobile app at all smart lock enabled access points – including elevators, parking lots, and apartment doors. Property hosts can control access through STRATIS’ administrative tools.

HOME CONTROLS

Inside their apartment, guests can use the STRATIS mobile app to control the AC, lighting system, and other connected devices.
