June 24, 2015 - PHILADELPHIA -- STRATIS EMS, LLC creator of the award-winning STRATIS wireless access, energy, and automation platform, announced its creation and implementation of its access software platform, with an intuitive and advanced access management and control software for multifamily and campus communities. 150,000 retrofit units are forecasted to install the new software in 2015, with additional new construction units forecasted for 2016.
The partnership furthers Allegion’s multifamily growth strategy, strengthening its standing as the most advanced technology offering in access management while expanding the STRATIS offering beyond the energy and automation industry. STRATIS has its energy and automation technology in millions of square feet of multifamily and hospitality space worldwide, from public housing projects to premier Class A space.
