This week, Entrepreneur Magazine announced the annual Entrepreneur 360™ list of of the best entrepreneurial companies in America. STRATIS IoT, a Philadelphia-based SaaS platform specializing in access, energy, and automation in apartments and student housing, was named to the list for the second year in a row.

The honor comes as STRATIS corners the market with 200,000 units installed across the United States. As impressive as this number is, the company is currently working on plans to increase the number of installs by 400 percent in 2018.
