For our sites that don’t have a Resident / user-sync with a Property Management System (RealPage, Entrata, Yardi, etc.), we’ve enabled easier procedures for adding Residents with or without requiring access to the STRATIS Mobile App. These properties can now add a Resident and include their email, but choose not to send them mobile access activation. If you would like to automate this move-in/out process for your Residents, please contact our wellness team at wellness@stratisiot.com to sync your STRATIS software to your PMS.
