Improved Device History Transparency and Security for Property Management

Entrata

We’ve enhanced our Entrata Resident syncing process, enabling improved real-time STRATIS account creation as your Residents move into their new homes. If your property is using Entrata, and you would like to sync user accounts automatically, please let our team know at help@stratisiot.support.

Water valve control

Property management staff can open and close a unit’s Z-Wave water valve. This capability can be paired with leak detection, offering enhanced protection for your portfolio investment. Talk with your insurance company about this protection and what it can do for your rates!

Door and window sensor

Property staff can see on the Management App if a vacant unit, common area, or amenity area’s door or window sensor is open or closed, facilitating improved security and monitoring. 

Brivo audit report capabilities 

Property staff can now view a Brivo audit report within STRATIS reports that includes date, time, user, event site, and door/device. This is a real-time activity feed, providing insight into common-area, amenity-area, and vacant unit usage and flow.

Device history 

This capability enables a graph of historical device data for individual vacant units, common areas, and amenity areas over a time period of up to one month. Features include temperature, humidity, lighting usage, leak events, and more!

Entire property energy usage data transparency

These energy graphs show present and real-time data for a customizable period of past usage for up to one year in the past.

Ongoing improvements

  • Staff key transfer updates: Easily transfer credential ownership between staff, specifically when deleting a staff user.
  • Improvements to Maintenance Ticket Feature: When creating maintenance tickets, the updated “Other” option allows for greater flexibility in writing in tickets.
