New Property Management Service Configurations

For all properties:

We heard your feedback and made it into a feature: property staff can now set how early resident user accounts are populated in STRATIS! Staff can better prepare for new residents by creating keys (fobs and cards) before their lease-start.

Property administrators can set the resident account creation to occur automatically from the Property Management Service (ex. RealPage, Entrata, Yardi, etc.) up to 30 days before their lease-start.
On the day the lease begins, residents will be enabled with mobile accounts by default, though that default setting can be turned off in the property settings.
Depending on your use case, you might only need certain types of users created from the Property Management Service, such as removing minors or guarantors from sync. Please contact the Support team at Help@stratisiot.support or submit a ticket form to request this custom setting. Note that non-property administrator staff can view this setting, but not update it.
