With the new STRATIS Mobile App, residents, staff, visitors, and vendors can seamlessly use a phone for all electronic access points including elevators, parking garages, common areas, amenity areas, and apartment units. App users can remotely control their smart devices in the unit (including thermostats and lighting), submit service requests, give visitors access, and much more.
